If I registered for Engredea can I attend the Nutracon Sessions?

Engredea attendees may upgrade their registration to attend the Nutracon sessions. Please go to www.nutraconference.com for more information.
As an added benefit for exhibiting at Engredea, exhibitors are eligible to upgrade their badge to attend Nutracon at a discounted rate. You will be able to upgrade during the exhibitor badge registration process for your show.

Does my badge give me access to more than the show floor?

Yes, your Engredea badge entitles you to entrance to the show floor, access to the keynote speakers, admission to dances/parties and attendance at any New Hope or Exhibitor-Presented Seminars that will be held during all four days of the Expo. See the most up to date schedule of events for more information. NOTE: This does not include admission to Nutracon.

How do I make hotel reservations?

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the convention center. This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the convention center or near a free shuttle that will take you to the convention center. I’m familiar with the SupplyExpo but what is Engredea?

Engredea is the community linking suppliers and manufactures in the global nutrition marketplace.  More than a name change, we have a new identity.  We’ve redefined ourselves because the business landscape is being redefined. Engredea cultivates innovation for tomorrow’s best-selling products across food/ beverage, dietary supplement and nutricosmetic categories by offering hundreds of exhibits, formulation demos, networking events and education opportunities for the industry.

How can a company contract a booth for Engredea?

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. We will assign booths first-come, first-served. Please call 866.458.4935, or 303.390.1776 to be connected to your area's Account Manager.

Is there an extra charge to attend Educational sessions, or the Keynote?

While most of the educational sessions are included with your registration, we do have some sessions that require a fee to attend.  You can upgrade to attend these sessions while registering or by calling 866.458.4935.

Can anyone attend the Expo?

Engredea is a trade show and is not open to the general public. for information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the Admission policies.

May children attend the show?

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof. Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children’s Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID). Only one Children’s Badge will be issued per registered adult. All Children’s Badges must be picked up at the child care office. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out. Childcare Information and Registration.

How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my visa to enter the United States?

To request a visa letter you must first register to attend Engredea. During your registration you will be able to request a visa letter that is available for download on the registration confirmation page. How do I register Engredea 2013?

When is my booth deposit due?

Forty percent of the total exhibit space rental fee is due by 4/11/12. The balance is due on 11/18/12. After 11/18/12 full payment is due at the time you contract your space. Your booth is contracted once your Exhibit Space Contract or proxy form is signed and exhibit space is allocated.

I want to be a speaker! How can I be included in your program?

Proposals may be submitted to the Education Manager for review on the Natural Products Expo website.

What is the cost to attend?

The cost depends on your business type, Refer to the Admission policies for more information.

Oh no! I missed a session I really wanted to attend. What can I do?

All of the New Hope sessions and most of the Exhibitor Presented Seminars are available for download after the show, on the Natural Products Expo website.

How many samples can I take from the show floor?

Each attendee is permitted to exit the show floor with one sample bag per day. It has been determined from both attendee and exhibitor feedback that one sample bag per day is sufficient enough to bring home product and literature from the show floor. Additional bags will be donated to the local food banks and charities. Complete listing of show policies.

Why can't I bring my rolling cart on the show floor?

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity.
